To give you as much advice as possible please include details of any benefits you are receiving and your level of income in your email. Make sure you tell us if you are using weekly or monthly figures.

 

IMPORTANT:If you would like information to be sent to you by post you must include your address in the message to us.

Please supply as much detail about your situation and the nature of your enquiry as possible. This will allow National Debtline to give useful advice in return.

Our advice is based upon the information provided by the e-mail enquirer and we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions caused by incomplete or misleading information being given to NDL by the enquirer.

Any e-mail received by National Debtline that we decide contravenes our equal opportunities policy will be sent a standard response to that effect and no further reply will be given.
